The hotel is conveniently located near the Payang Market and Drawbridge. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I'd definitely repeat my stay here.

I stayed at this hotel for a night before heading to Redang Island. The location is pretty good, you can walk to Chinatown. The front desk staff were also very nice, offering welcome drinks and iced water. Although the hotel isn't big, it's quite clean and tidy.

The room was nice, and the view room offered a good view of the suspension bridge. The family room was very convenient. There's a self-service laundromat right outside where you can wash 10kg for 10 RM, which is very handy. Breakfast isn't highly recommended, though.

My parents had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, modern, and beautifully designed. Everything felt new and well maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again.

A great choice for a layover before heading to Redang Island, offering excellent value for money. The hotel's conditions are quite good overall. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and shops conveniently located nearby. A taxi from the airport is also reasonably priced. Definitely recommend it.

Hotel is comfortable some room you can view the Terengganu drawbridge. Receptionist from friendly and helpful.
