This hotel has a fantastic design and an unbeatable location. The hygiene was good, and the balcony was a great bonus. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time.

This hotel is incredibly 'designed'! If you stay here, you'll get to 'enjoy': a glass bathroom door that you can't see through at night, making it likely you'll just fall asleep in the bathroom 😵; a luggage rack too small for a 26-inch suitcase 🤷🏻♀️; a leaky, non-sealing shower door 💧; bedside pendant lights you'll bump your head on every time you look up 🌛; the privilege of refilling your reusable bottle with local tap water 🍶; and 'smart features' that weren't mentioned anywhere in the description 😃. On top of that, if you're on the fourth floor or above, you'll experience amazing soundproofing, with the rooftop bar serenading you to sleep 🛌. And the best part? A beautiful price of 2500 RMB per night in the off-season! 💰 I haven't experienced a hotel like this in many places. What a truly 'novel' experience! 👍🏻

The location is incredibly convenient! It's a 5-minute walk to Puerta del Sol, 10 minutes to Plaza Mayor, and 12 minutes to Mercado de San Miguel. Even the 300-year-old Sobrino de Botín restaurant is just a 15-minute walk away. I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Madrid.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the city! You step out and you're directly at Madrid's Puerta del Sol, which is especially lively on weekends with a vibrant nightlife. I absolutely love this place.

Great location, right on Puerta del Sol with plenty of food options nearby. The hotel has a very stylish design, and the shower was fantastic. A bit on the pricey side though.

The hotel's location is excellent; you can step right out and explore old Madrid.

The hotel's location and staff service were excellent. It was very convenient to get to the palace, old town, and various restaurants. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including Chinese, Japanese, Western cuisine, as well as many pubs and cafes. A department store is just a 5-minute walk away for shopping. The hotel facilities are very automated and new. However, the space layout is a bit impractical: the bathroom door blocks the toilet door from opening fully, and the wardrobe is completely open-concept with only one shelf, a single hanging rod, and two drawers. One of the drawers is mostly taken up by the safe. Long coats and dresses cannot be hung vertically. I suggest the hotel move the ironing board from the hanging area to the bathroom, as it currently takes up valuable hanging space. The bar and terrace are fantastic, with great space and location. You can enjoy beautiful Madrid sunsets and evening glow from there.
