PARKROYAL Penang Resort

Our last hotel in Penang was in Batu Ferringhi. The hotel isn't very large, and the room facilities are a bit dated, but the experience was excellent! First, the resort layout is well-designed; despite its size, the areas are cleverly arranged, creating beautiful views at every turn. There are several swimming pools, including two for children with slides and more. Most importantly, there are staff members consistently present at the slides and by the pools to supervise and maintain order, ensuring children can play safely and securely! Breakfast was also great; although there was a queue during peak hours, the food was delicious and offered a wide variety. The beach bar also had good food, and it was lovely to relax there with the lights on at night. The best part is that the hotel has direct access to the beach and the sea! And the path from the hotel to the sea looks absolutely beautiful when lit up at night. We booked a two-story family room with a lovely balcony. The staff service was also excellent. I'm giving it five stars.

The views are stunning, with the ocean right outside the hotel. There are water activities nearby, and the facilities are quite new. They also have a spa, and the breakfast is varied. However, the front desk really doesn't speak any Chinese! 😵💫

We booked two adjoining rooms with a connecting door, which was very convenient. The view was expansive, directly overlooking the sea, and the environment was fantastic. There were many monkeys, indicating excellent ecological preservation. Both the service and the environment were superb. The kids loved the pool. We booked the Italian restaurant for dinner and enjoyed the beautiful sunset while savoring our meal.

Excellent stay! The breakfast spread was fantastic, and there were activities every day, including some for kids. The room's sofa bed was perfect for our family of three.

Great service and a fantastic pool! The breakfast was good; I had lots of watermelon juice, and the jackfruit was already peeled, so I ate a big bowl every time. Excellent value for money, and you can have as much yogurt as you like. Sitting outside for photos was perfect. The bed, duvet, and pillows were all super comfortable, and the air conditioning was great too. There are many night markets nearby, a McDonald's, and lots of shows on the beach. The sunset was amazing!

The room directly faces the sea, offering a private beach experience 🏖️. It's especially lively at night.
