The location is absolutely unbeatable, just a 3-minute walk to the heart of Ginza, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The hotel lobby offers outstanding views, overlooking Tokyo Tower, city buildings, and the bay. There are observation sofas, perfect for a relaxing sit to enjoy the scenery. However, cleanliness was an issue during this stay. Upon checking into the room, we found a forgotten contact lens on the edge of the bed frame, and a black stain on the floor. My daughter initially mistook it for an insect and was quite startled. I hope the hotel strengthens its room cleaning and inspection procedures.

As a five-star hotel, it boasts an excellent location and a super luxurious lobby. Situated on the 16th floor, the lobby offers breathtaking views of Tokyo Tower and Rainbow Bridge. Location of the hotel is excellent and is within close proximity to major establishments/shopping areas in the Ginza area. There is a convenient store ("Natural Lawson") on the ground floor of the building. I booked the Standard Room with Queen Bed as I was worried that the Standard Room with Single Bed would be too cramped. I'm glad I made that decision. At about 20sq.m., the room is spacious and comfortable enough for one person but may be slightly cramped for a couple. Then again, hotel rooms in Japan tend to be small in general. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the amenities were sufficient. The lobby of the hotel is located on the 16/F of the building, and the guestrooms are located from 17/F up, so you get a very nice view of the Ginza area. I didn't try the breakfast on this trip, but I've heard nice things about that. Will definitely try that next time. Recommended.

The room is small but has everything you need; you won't be able to open a large suitcase in it. The location is good, just a few steps from a 24-hour Don Quijote, and a 5-10 minute walk to Ginza. It's a bit far from the subway, which is inconvenient if you're carrying luggage. The price isn't cheap, over 2000 without breakfast.
