The outdoor environment and tubs were what made the entire experience wonderful. We loved the green forest around, even the rain and cold that day didn’t detract. It was like being in a forest oasis. The interior needs work - everything inside was old, too many signs and lighted up billboards that made it look like a red light district haha. All the old towels (they seemed clean at least), shower stalls that had hair build up, and the squatting toilets and kids pool were not pretty. Thank goodness the outer areas felt like heaven. The wet sauna was nice too, though only one was open out many. My recommendations to the management - the environment of the spa would be greatly improved if the huge carts with dirty towels were not left outside next to the tubs. They are an eye sore. Also, the herbal pools could use more herbal content. They did not feel particularly different from other pools. Still, overall we were happy we went and enjoyed it.
