Bespoke Hotel Sapporo

- Right at the downtown - Each bed has an outlet built in - the rest area is spacious - receptionists are nice and helpful - price is very reasonable

Overall, the hotel is new, clean, and boasts a supper convenient location with rooms that are larger than other. However, the room cleaning service was disappointing, and the staff was unsupportive—when I called to receptionist to complain about the room service and where is recyle bin, I was told to come down to the first floor myself....

Stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. The location is excellent, right between Tanukikoji 1 and 2. There’s a FamilyMart downstairs, while McDonald’s, a bookstore, and drugstores are just across the street, making everything very convenient. The hotel lounge offers free coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. I would skip the breakfast. The selection was limited, and some of the fish didn’t taste very fresh and was quite dry, so it wasn’t worth paying extra for.

This hotel is on the good location. Nearby shopping street! The bed is big.

Staying here a second time after exploring the rest of Hokkaido. Like the last stay, room is ok and location is great.

Location was fantastic, in the heart of the city. Within metres of shopping alleys, food places, the fish market, so we had plenty of options for dining out. The room itself was really tiny so we had to move things around to fit our luggages and find space to rummage through our bags. The staff were helpful. Basic English spoken but they tried their best.

Location was great! Very convenient. We loved the 11AM check-out time. Room was great too. We got a King size bed, we did not have much luggage, it could be a be tight if you travel with huge suitcases. Breakfast buffet was good too!
