Centurion Hotel&Spa Ueno Station

Overall, it was decent and clean. The only downside is that this hotel is split into two buildings. You have to check in at one building, then take your key card, cross the road, and go to the other building, which is quite inconvenient. Perhaps because most of the front desk staff are Indian, the service attitude wasn't great. At 11:07 AM, I was almost done packing and about to go downstairs when they called to rush me to check out. I asked if I could have 10 more minutes, and the front desk staff said, "NO, 5min" (in a very dismissive and rude tone, clearly trying to get rid of me). The problem is, I was already there, but they were so strict about those few minutes... it was really suffocating.

Excellent location! There's food, drinks, and shopping right downstairs. The only thing is that the hotel is split into two buildings. The lobby building has the hot spring, but when I checked in, I was assigned to the other building. So, if I wanted to use the hot spring, I had to walk to the other building, which was a bit inconvenient.
