Muji Hotel Ginza

Room is unique with a comfortable atmosphere, probably due to the light colours they used. Although it is small, we liked it a lot. Lounge provided us with plenty of snacks and drinks. Overall a very pleasant experience.

I was over the moon when I managed to book a room at Muji Hotel Ginza, considering that it’s always booked out. The location is unbeatable and Muji’s own strong design identity made this stay even more enjoyable. There is free food at the lounge daily from 4:30 onwards and the buffet breakfast is very nice. Room is well maintained and clean. To reach the hotel from Ginza Subway station, take exit C8.

I had a pleasant stay at MUJI Hotel. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the overall experience very enjoyable. The hotel’s minimalist design and cleanliness were also impressive. The main downside was the bed. The mattress was quite thin and very firm, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. The room layout also felt a little unusual, with the bed positioned directly against the wall, which made the space feel tighter and smaller than expected. I also used the laundry service, but unfortunately it was disappointing. It wasn’t able to remove the stains from my clothing, and I was informed that I would be charged again if I wanted them to attempt another cleaning. Overall, the excellent service from the staff was the highlight of my stay. With improvements to the bedding comfort, room layout, and laundry service, the hotel would offer an even better experience.
