Pool was out of order, not usable, Very disappointed. Hot water system in the shower is sometimes very hot, and in 5 seconds turns cold. Please make sure this is fixed before some guests are boiled.

Convenient location. Friendly, professional, helpful reception staff. Elegant, spotless facilities. Large room with comfortable king bed and luxurious linens. Very thick walls and quiet room. One feature that lessened the feeling of luxury was that the window in the room and the window in the adjoining bathroom looked into shafts, giving the strange feeling of being closed in.

If you like boutique hotels within walking distance of most of the downtown area, look no further. This is a beautiful facility run by an amazing staff. The restaurant is also great. As Marriott owners, we were entitled to free breakfasts - the restaurant staff were extremely attentive and service was superb. The quality of food was also good. Our room was large and spacious and the amenities in the room were upscale. The only thing we did not like was the fact that the windows on each end of our room opened into open air ventilation shafts - we were not in our room for the view, but a view of the street would have been nice. Our Marriott relationship allows for upgrades - we had hoped that would include a view room, but non were available. Overall, it was a great stay and the location could not have been better.

Such a beautiful little gem in Madrid! This is a new boutique hotel with a very intimate and special atmosphere, and we absolutely loved our stay here. Every apartment has its own unique design and personality, and the interiors are simply stunning — stylish, thoughtful, creative and full of beautiful details. You can really feel how much love and attention has gone into creating this place. The service was exceptional from the very beginning. Everything felt incredibly personal, warm and welcoming. A very special thank you to Juan, who is absolutely lovely and made our stay even more wonderful with his hospitality, kindness and attention to every little detail. ❤️ If you’re looking for something a little different in Madrid — a unique, stylish and genuinely high-quality place to stay rather than a typical hotel — this would absolutely be our recommendation. Beautiful design, wonderful people, incredible service and such a special atmosphere. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily come back!

I can’t imagine staying anywhere better in Madrid. Everything was perfect. The location is exactly where you want to be especially in the evening. Rooms large and updated. The best part…the staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in future.
