The reception was terrible and the staff were disrespectful. I believe the Egyptian employee was unprofessional. He forced us to pay an additional deposit and insisted we pay for everything in the minibar before entering the room, which was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Fantastic hotel, definitely the best location and view around burj khalifa - the interior is great and the rooms nice. The breakfast was good and service exceptional. The only downside was that I got a smaller room and I didn’t realise because I was too tired when we arrived. They upgraded the view but downsized the room. I appreciate early checkin after a long flight and I just wish I took a bigger room. Anyway I’d come back anytime, it’s great and connected to Dubai mall and the view is splendid

Hotel is in a great location, few mins walk to Dubai Mall.. Great view, cleanliness is good, check in/out process is smooth.. Staff is really professional. Good for families & Couples. Will come back again next time!

The hotel is ideally situated, with a wide variety of facilities, with beautiful, clean rooms. We booked a room with fountain view, which didn’t disappoint. Hotel staff are welcoming and friendly. The hotel has very easy access to the mall
