The room has excellent natural light and the cleanliness is impeccable. The soundproofing is also quite good. The staff are patient and friendly, and very efficient. Overall, the comfort level is top-notch, making it my first choice for business trips and travel. Highly recommended.

I was also impressed that the front desk had a first-aid kit, showing great consideration and making me feel very secure. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was so soft I slept soundly. The staff were warm, attentive, and responded quickly to requests. It's excellent value for money, and I felt completely at ease staying here. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone.

I forgot to take pictures of the room, but the hotel is genuinely great. The location is super close to Yingtianmen and Jiuzhou City, offering excellent value for money. For this price, the room is so spacious and clean. And don't even get me started on the service – the ladies at the front desk and the aunties upstairs are all incredibly nice. Any issues I had were resolved immediately. Next time I'm in Luoyang, I'll definitely choose to stay here again.

Great location, clean rooms, and excellent front desk service with attention to detail. The common areas are quiet and elegant, making for a relaxing and pleasant stay. The hygiene and service quality were top-notch, and the staff's attitude was very good. The hotel's environment is fantastic, being close to museums and surrounded by many great dining options. The facilities were also very good.

The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful, warm, and attentive! The hotel is clean and hygienic, with stylish decor and bright, spacious rooms. The front desk had a full range of amenities available – we were in recovery after surgery and they even had iodine swabs! When we came back from sightseeing feeling thirsty, chrysanthemum and lemon tea were readily available. The hotel is right outside Jiuzhou Pond and Mingtang, and around the corner from Yingtian Gate, which made it super convenient for enjoying the night view on foot!

The service attitude was excellent! Having a 24-hour front desk gave us great peace of mind, and we could store our luggage. Check-out was quick. The room had great natural light, and the facilities were very good. Everything was clean and odorless. The room was spacious, the bath towels and towels were soft, and the toiletries were of good quality. We felt very comfortable from the moment we checked in. The cleaning staff regularly tidied up and replenished disposable items. I've already recommended it to friends!

The hotel environment is quite good. The room is spacious, and there's a free gym and laundry service available. The bed was very comfortable, which was a plus! When we checked out, the front desk even gave some snacks to my child [happy face].

The room was clean and the location was excellent, making it easy to get anywhere. We could drive directly into the underground parking garage, and when leaving, we just needed to give the license plate number to the front desk. The breakfast was quite varied, and the front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating to all our requests. Plus, we had a direct view of Jiuzhou Pool from our window.
