The room was great, clean and tidily arranged, practical and simple. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, offering tips on local attractions and transportation. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, very comfortable, and conveniently located just across the street from Jiuzhou Pond.

The location is great, right next to Jiuzhou Pool. You just cross the road and you're at the entrance. Our room reservation included an airport pickup service, and I have to praise our driver. He gave us a thoughtful introduction to Luoyang and shared a lot of useful information, which was really helpful for newcomers. Right across the street, there's Yu Li Ji Nourishing Tofu Soup and the authentic Nanguan Small Bowl Beef Soup. However, the water temperature really was as other reviews mentioned – no matter how long we ran the water, it never got hot, just lukewarm. Also, there was water under the shower gel, shampoo, and body wash dispensers in the shower room... and a sour, unpleasant smell. The hygiene conditions were really subpar. The breakfast area is on the 25th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 24th floor. Having to climb one more floor, and it wasn't just a step or two, was quite inconvenient!
