The location and views are absolutely fantastic. From the room, you can see the stunning Manhattan skyline and the beautiful river. It's so lovely to watch the sunrise over the river from your window while having breakfast. It's about an eight or nine-minute walk to the subway, but there are lots of great restaurants nearby, and a few popular bagel shops are within walking distance. You can also walk to the Wall Street Bull and the New York Stock Exchange. The cleanliness and service are both above average. I especially appreciated that they use a duvet cover instead of just a flat sheet and blanket – that's a big plus for me. I'm not a fan of the three-piece bedding some American hotels use, as it feels less hygienic, so this was perfect. The room itself isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate.

The hotel room wasn't as small as I expected; it was very clean and newly renovated, offering great value for money! A lot of airline crew stay here. One of the front desk staff was really friendly, even though our English communication was a bit challenging! The hotel doesn't have a parking lot. Overnight parking nearby costs $90, but the hotel offers a discounted rate of $50, provided you arrive before 10:30 PM. We arrived a little after 10 PM, and it was already closed, so we had to park at a lot diagonally across from the hotel for $55 for 12 hours. We had to leave our car keys with them, which made us a bit nervous at the time, but it turned out to be fine – nothing was stolen from the car! It's super convenient, with the New York Stock Exchange, the Charging Bull, the 9/11 Memorial, and ferry trips to the Statue of Liberty all within a 10-minute walk!

The hotel is right by Hudson Bay and not too far from the subway station, with plenty of dining options nearby. The room wasn't huge, but the furniture was thoughtfully arranged, so everything had its place, which was very convenient.

Brand new hotel. Located near Wall St/Pier 11 Ferry Terminal for NYC Ferry. Near the M15/M15 SBS/Free Downtown Connection Bus. Nearby an awesome deli called "The Best of New York Food".

Very nice window view and the room is clean. But it takes ten minutes to walk to the nearest Metro Station, which is a bit far. But very convenient ti go to the FJK Airport, taking about one hour by Metro.
