Kimpton HOTEL PALOMAR PHILADELPHIA by IHG

Good hotel with great location in the city. Room was a good size and loved the shower...it's huge. Staff helpful and friendly and the the happy hour of free wine was super.

Love the friendly helpful staff here! They really make you feel like a fun and treasured guest. Wine happy hour a definite plus. One regret is early closure of hotel restaurant on Sundays but good local spots nearby. Unique postcard desk keeps me in touch with family and friends!

So very disappointed after staying at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar at the weekend. The hotel is in fantastic location in downtown Philadelphia, good size room and clean. However due to the heating and cooling sounding like a rocket taking off in our room 609, every few minutes throughout the night, we practically got no sleep. We also never felt the room temperature change more than 1 degree. After spending over $400 per night on the room and the reception staff allocated guests to this room is incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, at check-in we felt something was off. Don’t waste your money and stay somewhere else where you can actually get some sleep.

Internet wasn’t working well. Wanted to watch movies or tv and nothing was coming through. The hotel did comp us a movie and that worked. The pull out bed was ehhh broken but we made due, my toddler didn’t complain it was bouncy. Love the big tub but very awkward to get in and out of.

From the moment we drove up everyone and everything was excellent. Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed was so comfortable. I want to purchase their pillows. I would definitely stay here again
