I have a lot of comments regarding this stay.
First, our booking was not honored. I specifically requested a room away from the elevator. I don't know if the receptionist read the note or not. Second, I don't know if it's just our room, but the card insert for power doesn't even work. Third, the AC is not very good. I tried using the remote to lower the temperature, but it didn't change at all. I asked for assistance, but they just changed the remote. It did get a little colder, but the AC unit seems old. Fourth, they have a shampoo dispenser, but there was no shampoo inside. Fifth, there were loud noises coming from the pipes outside our bathroom window, which was annoying. Lastly, expect noise since it's right beside a busy road. Even the TV remote doesn't work; I had to manually click the buttons on the TV monitor to change channels.
One good thing about our stay: the beds were clean. That's all. I hope they can improve their rooms for a better stay.
