一樓大堂在裝修，二樓lobby蠻小的，check in 時的前台小哥皮膚黑黑的那位年輕人態度so so，所以入住的第一感覺一般般沒有五星級的impression！入住後的牙具、拖鞋需要upon request所以有一丟丟落差…好在地理位置優越及房間床品的舒適度才慢慢找回來了舒適感，後期前台那位女生特別給力，交流通暢，且結賬時的另外兩位前台員工的風趣挽回了點評分數…4.5分

整體還不錯 但是這個酒店給的房間朝向一般 不是景觀房 也沒有瓶裝水 要問前台要 一天才可以一瓶

真的是太差了 前台一開始給了一個隔壁是什麼機房的房間 有很大的噪音（不是空調那種噪音 是某一種設備 特別吵 有很強的共振） 找前台給了小費（所以沒給小費連一間正常房間都不配擁有嗎）更換了一間 本來以為沒什麼了吧 結果 床睡着全身都非常非常癢 根本無法睡 簡直是無比煎熬的住了三晚 房間沒有微波爐 我不知道為什麼攜程的房間設施上有 公共場所也沒有提供任何微波爐 房間連瓶水都不提供 而且我已經在攜程付了全款 三晚還要我交了430多美金的預授權 在美國其他城市住的酒店 沒哪個收這麼多這麼離譜 説實話 酒店每晚接近3000人民幣的高價 你完全可以找其他更好的選擇 這裏除了緊鄰地鐵站這一個優點 我簡直找不出第二個

酒店地處波士頓市區後灣區域（Back Bay），位置很好很安全。酒店旁邊就是地鐵（綠線Kenmore Station），步行至商業區Newbury大街核心地段大概十多分鐘。距離波士頓藝術博物館等較近，打車七八分鐘。酒店乾淨整潔，淋浴水流大，服務態度很好，衹是住宿時正逢大堂裝修，略有影響。
