Stone Haven· Zhangjiajie National Forest Cave Homestay

It was a great stay close to the mountains, the staff was very helpful and they also offered free transfer which was handy once we arrived to the new smaller city. Also they had a nice cave area

Hotel was very clean with a modern and luxurious design. Breakfast was nice. Location was perfect for a visit to the national park, with only having to walk 10 minutes to reach the entrance. They even gave us a full description of what routes to take in the park, free of charge.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Clean, beautiful, comfortable, modern, great design, the nicest and most helpful hotel staff. Made our vacation truly incredible. Would stay here again - please check it out!

Enjoyed our stay. The service was lovely and communication through WeChat was outstanding. Excellent location, it’s a 10 minute walk to East Gate entrance for Zhangjiajie National Park and has a number of restaurants nearby.

The hotel was fantastic, location was very good, room was excellent, service was impeccable and especially the guest relationship 小唐was very attentive and helpful. The overall stay was nothing short of memorable and wonderful. The only regret was not able to stay longer. I highly recommend everyone to come and experience this amazing hotel.

Our stay was amazing! The staff were so accommodating. They helped us plan both of our days in the national park. The breakfast and dinner was delicious. I could not recommend this stay more!!

The hotel was clean and had a very comfortable bed. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Extremely helpful at planning the best route to take in the national forest park and only a 15 minute walk away so you don’t need to travel far after long days hiking. Breakfast was delicious with a mixture of Chinese and western options that varied by day. Only regret was I didn’t have enough time in the hotel, would have loved to have had more days to relax here.
