Stone Haven· Zhangjiajie National Forest Cave Homestay

We had the best experience at stone haven zhangjiajie. The service was exceptional, both ManMan and Xiao Yu and every single staff there were super attentive and it was a true 5 start service experience (..and I’ve stayed in four seasons in Maui). We enjoyed our complimentary afternoon tea the day we were leaving and we were in a little rush so manman suggested to pack it for us as snacks for later. My kids are not used to Chinese food, so the breakfast buffet was a hit. They had everything my kids enjoyed which was a lifesaver! Some area of the hotel is still improving and under construction, but the room, pool and dinning are beautiful, clean and comfortable. We loved it and highly recommend, and will definitely come back!

Outstanding!!!! As a solo traveler I wasn’t use to being fussed over so much, but the entire team at this hotel would go out of their way to help, especially when it came to negotiating the avatar mountains (not as simple as you’d think). The rooms were so sleek and sexy, and the view, wow, you could see the clouds roll past the window and mist from the town stream. Pool was amazing. The service of a 5 star hotel with family vibes. Free unlimited beer and ice creams . The breakfast was excellent!! Bar fridge stocked free and even a fruit platter on arrival. Really set the tone for a wonderful experience. If you’re planning a trip to see area, I’d recommend staying here three nights and commuting to zhangjaijie and back for tianmen

Great place just in front of Forest Park entrance. Great panoramic windows and excellent service! Hotel is personnel extremely helpful with anything you may need - including transfer and discounted tours to Tiananmen mountain, Forest park, Cave and Grand Canyon. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel and Service, butler service was amazing. We got a custom plan for out trip through the national park which was amazing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Zhangjiajie. The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning views of the surrounding nature and the river. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. The hotel is within walking distance of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, which made it very convenient for us. The staff also helped us book our park tickets and gave us excellent recommendations for the best routes to explore the park, which made our visit even more enjoyable. Our children loved staying here just as much as we did. We truly had a wonderful experience and give this hotel our warmest recommendation!

Friendly staff who helped us navigate zhangjiajie using maps, English speakers made understanding easier, a clean hotel with great service, highly recommend.

We had an amazing 2-night stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location is perfect—right by the river, close to the National Forest Park, and within walking distance of plenty of great local restaurants. We also loved the small cave inside the hotel, where we got to see many bats, making our stay even more unique. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!
