Location is everything — Malasaña is the perfect base to explore Madrid. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and felt like a real home away from home. Would definitely stay again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Location is amazing. Overall the room is clean. The check-in is complicated. I booked the hotel last minute and drove all the way from Porto to the apartment then realized the hotel cancelled my first reservation (booked on official website) because I didn’t see their email earlier to verify identity. Recommend to check in online before arrival to avoid waiting outside of the door. You have to finish the online check-in to get the passcode to enter. They do not have any reception service.

Great location and friendly staff, but the room was tiny with no sofa. All the in-room instructions were in Spanish, which I couldn't understand and had to use Google Translate. There was no room cleaning service, and the shower pressure was very weak, making it uncomfortable to wash. The sink was also very shallow with low water pressure. Definitely not ideal, especially for a once-in-a-lifetime trip.

The room was fantastic, exactly as pictured. The staff were friendly, and the location was great (safe, close to transportation, restaurants, and attractions).

The location is satisfactory; Carrefour and restaurants are conveniently located downstairs. The outdoor curtain box broke on the night of my move-in and was repaired the next day. The air conditioner was broken and, instead of being fixed, they provided a small heater.

The apartment room was excellent, but since it was a self-service apartment, there was no front desk staff, so you had to take care of everything yourself after checking in.

Very clean and tidy, and all the facilities worked perfectly. The only drawback was that the online check-in process was quite complicated, but after ringing the doorbell at the entrance, the staff quickly helped me with the manual registration.
