Staying at this guesthouse was the best decision I made on my trip to Lijiang! It definitely deserves a five-star review. 1. Excellent Location: It's super close to the North Gate of the Old Town, just a few minutes' walk away, which was incredibly convenient for coming back after a tiring evening stroll. Plus, it's not in the noisy downtown area, so it's very quiet for sleeping. 2. Fantastic Owner: The owner is incredibly genuine and enthusiastic. They contacted us in advance with directions, and even helped us with our luggage upon arrival, making everything so hassle-free. It felt like visiting an old friend's house. 3. Clean and Thoughtfully Equipped Rooms: As someone who prioritizes hygiene when staying away from home, I was impressed. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bedding was fresh and dry. What surprised me most was how well-stocked the disposable amenities were (bath towels, face towels, and even toilet seat covers!). This is a huge plus for someone who's a bit of a clean freak! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lijiang.

Extended my stay for another day, it was fantastic! Even recommended it to a friend who also stayed here. You can see the snow-capped mountains from the rooftop, and the room was very clean with complete facilities. It's really excellent, and the environment is beautiful. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located near Lijiang Old Town, with easy access to food and transportation. The service was excellent, and the room met my expectations, mainly because it was quiet. The hotel also has a laundry room and an outdoor balcony with a view of the snow-capped mountains.

The room and the entire guesthouse were very clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. The washing machine and drying room on the rooftop were also very convenient. Although there's no passenger elevator, the guesthouse has a freight lift, which is great for transporting luggage if you have a lot. Plus, it's close to the Ancient City's Water Wheel, making it easy to explore. Staying outside the ancient city is mainly for the convenience of dropping off luggage and getting a taxi, as the stone-paved roads inside the city make it difficult to drag suitcases.
