Kenai Fjords Lupine Lodge is a 2 bedroom, 3 bath modern Scandinavian inspired space focused on closeness to nature and simple beautiful design. From the living room watch the light shift through the day on the peaks of the Kenai mountains. From the deck sit and enjoy the view of Resurrection Bay. With large windows that all face out into beautiful natural spaces- the space is bright, clean, and less than a mile from the gateway into the Kenai Fjords National park.

This space is the middle unit of a triplex. The owners of the property live on one end and long term Seward community members live on the other end.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and is upstairs off of the living room and kitchen area. It has forest and mountain views from the window.

The second bedroom is downstairs near the half bath and laundry. It has a twin bunk beds and a full bed with forest views from the window.

Both bedrooms have attached full baths, the lower bathroom is a bathtub and the upper bathroom is a walk-in shower.

The space is heated with radiant floor heating throughout. There are high vaulted ceilings, a full chefs kitchen, private parking and self check-in with a smart lock. This is a beautiful home built in 2021. It is conveniently located in the heart of Seward Alaska. It’s within walking distance of boat harbor, downtown Seward and Alaska Sealife Center. You can walk north or south and find coffee shops, restaurants and shopping.
It’s a two story house. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms, full bath and laundry. The upstairs has living room, dining, kitchen, primary bedroom with bath.
The entire house is yours. In the winter there’s plenty of space in heated garage to dry out for your winter gear. Plenty of space for your cross country skies, skates and room in driveway to park a snow machine trailer for you lost lake enthusiasts. Also known as Captain's Quarters. Conveniently located halfway between the Seward small boat harbor and Seward´s historic downtown. Both are within a short walking distance along a coastal trail that is just one block from the front door. The trail is part of the original Iditarod Trail. Very clean and private with 2 bedrooms, a full kitchen, wifi, DirectTV/DVD, Washer and Dryer and a BBQ. this unit also has a futon style couch that folds flat and could sleep one to two more people. Bringing the total to 6 people. Adjacent to our other vacation rental unit (VRBO Listing #738304). This is great for someone who is wanting to have a rental for 8 to 10 people, as the two units are side by side. Owned and operated by a 4´th generation Seward, Alaskan.

Our place was built in 1930 on one of Seward's original town sites but renovated in 1998. It is within walking distance of various restaurants, shops, quaint coffee shops, and the Alaska SeaLife Center. Our property is one blocks from the free town shuttle bus—within walking distance in Seward's waterfront campground with views of Resurrection Bay. The Seward Boat Harbor is one mile away, and you can walk or take a free shuttle. Several hiking trails are a block or two away from our house.
We are in a quiet neighborhood area in downtown Seward. Because we live on-site, we do ask, for security reasons, that guests have their identity confirmed via VRBO and are willing to send us a copy of their government-issued ID as needed.

Our home is two blocks away from the free town shuttle bus stop, and several quaint coffee shops are within walking distance. Hiking trails are a block or two away from our house, and the Seward Boat Harbor is one mile away; you can either walk or take a free shuttle.
Travelers provide their own meals. Outdoor grill is available. No interaction with the owner due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Snacks, tea, and coffee are always available. It has a small kitchenette but NO cooking stove/oven. Standard WI-FI is available but not guaranteed.
