Comfort Suites - Dodge City Reviews

Our stay was good, but nothing exceptional. It would have been nice to have juice options at breakfast. Floor tile/carpet replacement was in progress in some areas of the property.

The room was nice and spacious. Pool was very disappointing. Dirty and definitely NOT heated as advertised.

Customer service was great. Elevators were out at the time so that was pain going up stairs with all our luggage but it’s okay. I get it things happen. Room was comfortable. Cleanliness could have been better. We had a pull out couch and the sheets had crumbs. Looks like they didn’t get changed out from previous. Shower had a few hairs in shower. Didn’t get to try breakfast because our binder with information said it ended at 10 and went down shortly after 9 and everything was pretty much put away I was able to get an orange juice but that’s it. But overall stay was good. I would stay again.

We were traveling home and we got in a blizzard so we stayed in Dodge The staff was wonderful and went out of their way to help us. The Young man that was on staff I know ended up working over 24 hours and making sure everybody was OK. Everything was comfortable and very nice.

We were traveling in a whiteout snowstorm and had to stay in Dodge. I really want to say thank you for the young man that was at the front desk. I didn’t catch his name, but he was so accommodating and he ended up staying almost 24 hours because of the storm.He was very very helpful and nice. Really enjoyed our stay just wish it wasn’t under these circumstances.

Property wasn’t bad but the bed was hard a rock. Tiny little pillows for a king bed. Tv did not work and was told to jiggle the cable box when there was no cable box in the room. Housekeeping tried to open our door multiple times before check out without even knocking while we had the do not disturb sign up.

Last minute stop, due to weather conditions. The room price was fair, rooms were clean, and friendly staff. The ice machine on the second floor is broken, and the snacks and drinks were overpriced. Overall, it was a great stay, the building is in decent shape, parking was open, and the rooms were clean and organized nicely.

Ok. Stayed there a few months ago. Lobby floor under construction and still not finished.

Sink flows extremely slow and room wasn't as clean as I would have expected. Few hairs on the bed, sofas, and dust around the table. Not sure if this is because of ongoing renovations but could be better!!

Overall a great place to stay. Floor on 1st level was under construction. Ice machine on 2nd floor was inop

Nobody at front desk at check in , a note with a phone to call for help , also all tables in breakfast area dirty , found girl in back room on her phone instead of doing her job . Not very friendly people working there !

It was a great time,the room was spacious and clean

Nice big clean room. Bed very comfy. Loved the jacuzzi tub! Shower floor is old but big and clean. Loved having a fridge in our room and free breakfast in the lobby. Nice sitting area. The pool was delightful after a hot and sweaty day sightseeing ! Cowboy Capital saloon and Grill was a great restaurant for dinner !! Thanks for the recommendation!
