First time booking, ok

We were exciting to spend some time in the hot tub after a long day of skiing; however, the outdoor hot tub was full of leaves. We scooped out handfuls and sat in it anyway. Apparently if you don’t leave the outdoor hot tub by 10 pm, you also get locked out of the entrance back into the building. I guess this one is on me as I didn’t verify but what hotel these days doesn’t serve a free continental breakfast? I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the past couple of years and never have had to pay for a breakfast but had to pay $10 per person for a very subpar (worse than all that have been free) breakfast. The room was nice and also clean but would not recommend due to other factors of hotel.

Loved the size of the king suite. Everything was nice and new. Well taken care of ! Will definitely be coming back if we are in the area again.

Very clean and spacious room with a moderately comfortable bed (we prefer extra soft, and the staff was very accommodating with extra pillows). We also enjoyed the outdoor hot tub. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The room was small but adequate. I loved the walk in shower. Very comfortable bed. Didn't like? The facilities were a little bit small for the convention I attended. Barely enough room to move between tables. Coffee in the convention room had no creamers.

My room was beautiful, and seemed all new. Immaculate. The room was overheated and the only way to cool it down to sleep was to turn on a noisy air conditioner, in February. The hotel itself, being a business center, was very corporate and didn't suit me as a single traveler. No free breakfast. $3 bottles of water in the room. Heavy pressure to be a Hilton member.

Absolutely beautiful views while being safe and clean. The staff is friendly. And there is shopping close.

New and clean, why are you charging $3 for a small bottle of water you buggers?!

Beds and pillows were so uncomfortable, I did not sleep well at all. Beds were rock hard

I stay here regularly when in the area. Great service. Clean rooms. Easy to check in and out. The past two times I have stayed here I have interacted with exceptional staff, probably some of the best I have experienced.

Room was clean and nice. My daughter and I had a hard time sleeping on the bed it was kind of hard.

One of the best hotel experiences ever. Great staff, great location, great amenities…great everything.

Everything was great and as expected. The only issue was that our tv didnt work and the guy that came to help just brushed it off and said that the cable didnt work and he would let the cable company know. The front desk was able to get our tv to work and we had a great stay.

We had a great stay here. Check- in was fantastic. The young man, Rowe, was efficient and helpful. One of the best hotel employees I have encountered. Room was clean and prepared for us. We used the pool and hot tub. Both were in well kept. It is easy to find and very close to great restaurants and shopping.
