We waited over an hour in the lobby for our room to be ready, but they didn't let us go to the hotel restaurant while we waited. Dining experiences were particularly frustrating, with long waits, poor coordination, and a lack of professionalism. At one point, we were asked to wait despite available tables, while other guests were prioritised ahead of us.
