Such a tiny, tiny room!! However, the location is great—not far from Waseda University, with plenty of food options, the subway station, and convenience stores nearby. Downstairs, there are free tea samples, face masks, and skincare trial kits available. Self-service check-in is also a plus.

The location is convenient, with the subway right at the entrance. The room was small; basic facilities were met, but there was only space to open my suitcase in the hallway by the door. They said it was a "grand" room, an upgrade within the Fresa series, but I didn't feel any difference.

Highly recommended! It's right next to the subway station, literally a one-minute walk. Downstairs, there's a Don Quijote and a convenience store. The environment is very clean, and the room was surprisingly spacious, with enough room to open our suitcases. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

The room facilities were complete, and most importantly, the transportation was incredibly convenient, right next to Takadanobaba Station. Shopping and convenience stores nearby were also very accessible. The front desk service was very enthusiastic and professional. Oh, due to special circumstances, I had to return home two days early. Ctrip helped communicate, and the hotel was very understanding and helpful. Everything was great!

This hotel is conveniently located very close to a subway station, making transportation easy. There are also plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, which is probably due to its city center location. The room size is a bit on the smaller side, but the cleanliness and overall environment are quite good.
