Oriental Hotel Universal City

The hotel environment is very clean and quiet. It was super convenient for the kids to walk back to the hotel after a tiring day at Universal Studios. The breakfast was also excellent. Highly recommend! They even have Chinese check-in instructions. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

They charged an extra 1000 for an early check-in, even if the room was ready. Otherwise, they'd make you wait. It felt uncomfortable and not very accommodating, quite a letdown!

The location is fantastic, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The room for four people had an extra bed, which was pretty standard, and the space felt a bit small. The complimentary food vouchers were a nice touch though.

Coming back again and again, staying again and again! Last year, I visited during the summer holidays, and this year I'm back again. I even got an annual pass! I'm really looking forward to playing at USJ again next year and staying at this hotel once more!

Extremely close to the subway and Universal Studios, right on Universal Boulevard. The price matches the hotel facilities; the room was tiny, didn't even have a closet, and the bedding was terrible. When checking in, I asked if a room with a good view was available, and they immediately said no without even thinking. Outside, there are countless elevated train tracks, so if you open the window, it's incredibly noisy. Definitely won't choose this place again.

This hotel is incredibly close to Universal Studios Japan, so much so that we were able to experience almost every attraction by entering at 9:30 AM. It's perfectly suited for friends planning to visit Universal Studios and stay for a couple of nights. The soundproofing is also excellent!

The room was quite large and spacious for a hotel near the film studio, and the sofa bed was also wide and very clean. We had a very comfortable stay.
