Although the hotel itself seemed a bit old, it was incredibly clean, which made up for it. The food at the nearby restaurants was also delicious. Next time, I'd love to try the hotel's own dining options. But the best part was definitely the hot springs! They even had a ReFa shower head and Ureshino tea available, so the amenities were really top-notch. I would definitely recommend this to others.

The toilet smell like urine. The location is ok. They send a girl to pick up two luggage. The attitude of the front desk was not good. The facilities are old and the corridor was smelly. The price was not exactly cheap.

This hot spring hotel truly exceeded our expectations for our family trip! The staff were incredibly attentive and professional, from check-in to dining arrangements. Our room was spacious, private, and immaculately clean, with a very comfortable bed. The best part was the fantastic hot spring water – soaking in it was wonderfully relaxing. Our whole family had a fantastic stay, and we'll definitely be back for our next trip!

It was a shame that we couldn't use the open-air bath because of the strong wind 😢 It was also rainy in the morning ☔ and we couldn't go to Siebold's Hot Spring either, which was a shame 😢 The hot spring water in the hotel's large public bath ♨️ was great though❗️
