Location is little far from main station, but very convenient if u plan to rent car afterwards. Staff are very helpful

The cheapest room type is too small, only suitable for one person. There's no space for two, and you can't even open a suitcase. The facilities are decent, and the location is great, close to the subway. However, it's overpriced and not good value for money.

The hotel's location is excellent, right outside Osaka Namba Station, with a large supermarket nearby, making dining and shopping very convenient. The hotel lobby also offers free coffee and some toiletries for guests to use. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming. The only minor drawback was the small room, but since we only stayed one night for a layover, it was satisfactory 👍

Good location and close to metro subway and JR train station. A small supermarket nearby, few minutes away.

The room's cleanliness was just so-so. I particularly want to mention the bed linens. The blue duvet cover was torture; the striped fabric was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. The room wasn't tidied up once during my three-day stay, they only emptied the trash. I'm very unhappy with the sheets. If you're not sensitive to textures, maybe give it a try. In winter, the heating made the room very dry, and the humidifier was half-broken with a very bright indicator light that disturbed my sleep.

Location is excellent.＜4minutes walk with luggage from JR station to hotel.
24 hour front desk service.
Room reasonable size.Toilet is excellent with good size tub .
Did not try breakfast.
Walking distance to Kizu market,,takashiyama ,shimsaibasi and lots of restaurants to choose from.
Next to the hotel a rental car service is available.
