Very nice place to stay in New Orleans. Clean and well located with professional staff. We felt safe in the area and were close to good restaurants. Walking distance to historic downtown is 25-28 minutes. We liked it very much and will come back.

1. They charged us randomly on the first day of check-in. 2. We specifically requested housekeeping on the second day, but it wasn't done when we returned. We also specifically requested housekeeping on the third day, but it still wasn't done. Finally, they told us to change rooms, forcing us to clean again, which was very inconvenient. 3. After changing rooms, the cleaning was extremely careless; the bed was made haphazardly, and they didn't vacuum! 4. There was standing water in the bathroom. 5. The parking key card was never working properly; we communicated with them at least ten times, and it was inconvenient to enter and exit the parking lot each time. 6. They promised us a $150 credit, but we didn't receive it upon check-out, and they claimed it was a system problem. The entire stay was extremely poor, constantly causing worry about basic services like housekeeping and parking access. However, objectively speaking, the staff were quite friendly and helpful.
