Courtyard by Marriott Suzhou

The location is good, and the entrance sign is quite clear. Check-in is on the fourth floor. Jenny Zhang, who assisted us, was very friendly and even upgraded our room when she saw I had a child with me. The hotel's decor is a bit old-fashioned, and the rooms have a rustic feel. The douhua (tofu pudding) and Suzhou noodles for breakfast were both excellent. The pool on the 27th floor is also kid-friendly.

The hotel's location is great, the staff are excellent, and the breakfast is delicious. However, the rooms really need renovation, and the laundry room equipment should also be replaced.

The hotel is conveniently located near Suzhou Center, easily accessible by subway and hassle-free for taxis. The overall space is bright and spacious, with well-maintained decor and generously sized rooms. My entire stay was a great experience, with attentive service from the front desk, concierge, room service, and restaurant staff. The location is exceptional; it's a short walk to Suzhou Center, and exploring the Gate of the Orient at night is very convenient. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Suzhou.

The room facilities are a bit old, but they are well-maintained. Any service requests were promptly attended to, and the window view overlooks the edge of the ancient city. A special mention goes to the Executive Lounge; the food selection and quality surpassed those at Marriott and Westin lounges. Especially impressive was the lounge offering self-service drinks and coffee starting as early as 6:30 AM, which was fantastic.

The hotel's location is excellent; the Xinghai Square Station of Metro Line 1 is right downstairs, and Suzhou Center is just a few minutes' walk away. It's also very convenient to get to the Gate of the Orient and Jinji Lake, making sightseeing, dining, and entertainment hassle-free. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. Bathroom facilities were well-maintained, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a restful sleep. High-floor rooms offer expansive city views. The hotel's amenities are excellent, with a fantastic sky pool and gym on the 27th floor, allowing you to enjoy city views while working out. The breakfast selection was rich, offering both Chinese and Western options, as well as authentic Suzhou-style noodles, all delicious. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and they responded promptly to any issues, providing thoughtful service. The hotel also offers free parking, which is convenient for those traveling by car. Overall, it offers great value for money, with well-maintained facilities and attentive service. It's a very convenient place to stay for exploring Suzhou. I'll definitely prioritize this hotel next time I visit Suzhou, and I highly recommend it to friends coming to the city.

Fantastic hotel! The rooms are well-equipped, the shower pressure is excellent, and the breakfast offers a great variety, especially the freshly squeezed juices and various breads. The swimming pool also provides a nice view of the Gate of the Orient.

The hotel is located in an industrial park, making transportation convenient. It's a 10-minute walk to the Gate of the Orient and Suzhou Center. From Suzhou Center, you can reach Jinji Lake via an underpass. A taxi to Tiger Hill costs 20 RMB, and to Fengmen Old Street, it's 12 RMB.

My stay at Courtyard Suzhou was excellent. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the environment was quiet. Yuki, the duty manager at the front desk, was very welcoming and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. The hotel's location is convenient, and it offers great value for money. The executive lounge staff provided attentive and meticulous service. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Suzhou, and I'll also recommend it to my friends.
