Courtyard by Marriott Suzhou

Excellent 👍 The hotel's location is superb, right next to a subway entrance, making it convenient to get anywhere. Plus, it offers incredible value for money! The service attitude is great, and the service is attentive – they're almost always responsive to requests. I hope they keep it up; I'll definitely be back!

Convenient transportation, clean room, and comfortable bedding. The executive lounge offers a nice afternoon tea and happy hour. The breakfast buffet is extensive, with potstickers as a highlight. The DIY Suzhou-style mung bean soup was a fun touch. It's also very easy to get to Suzhou Center.

When I drove to Suzhou, I chose the Courtyard. Parking was convenient, and it was very close to the subway, which made it easy with seniors and kids. The front desk and room service were excellent, and every time we encountered staff, they greeted us warmly. The food at the Executive Lounge was also delicious. We had a very pleasant two-night stay.

The hotel's location is super convenient, with Metro Line 1 right downstairs. It's less than a 10-minute walk to Suzhou Center, and getting a taxi anywhere from here is quick and easy. Although the hotel shows its age a bit, the cleanliness is still very good. The air conditioning works perfectly, the shower water is nice and hot, and the bedding is comfortable. Every time I visit Suzhou, I choose to stay at this Courtyard.

Had a bit of an unpleasant experience during my stay, but thankfully the duty manager was very responsible and reacted quickly, which I really appreciate. However, there's definitely room for improvement in terms of attention to detail.

Very close to Suzhou Center, just across the road from Xinghai Square subway station. The breakfast is excellent.

Stayed for two nights with my daughter for a concert. The hotel was excellent, right near Suzhou Center. The service was fantastic – they even noticed our gym clothes hanging to dry and brought over a drying rack, then helped us hang them up! The breakfast spread was very rich, and the afternoon tea and happy hour offerings at the executive lounge were exquisite. The gym and pool on the 27th floor offer great views. All in all, it's great value for money, and I'll definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

The hotel's location is excellent, the rooms are clean, and the beds are spacious. The hotel breakfast is particularly good. I really like this type of business hotel; it's very quiet and peaceful.
