Show More ReviewsThe Shenzhen Bay Area Light Ferris Wheel is definitely worth a visit! 🎡✨ The entire area outside is great for photos; the white buildings paired with the Ferris wheel create a fantastic atmosphere, and you can easily take plenty of pictures just by walking around. We went during the day when the weather was great, and the view from the ride was truly expansive. You could see the sea, city buildings, and the entire Happy Harbour below. The scenery was especially beautiful as it slowly rose higher. Plus, the cabins were air-conditioned, so you wouldn't feel like you were being steamed alive on Shenzhen's sweltering heat! 🤣 The Ferris wheel rotates relatively slowly and is very stable throughout. Even for someone like me who's a little afraid of heights, it was quite comfortable; there was no sudden feeling of weightlessness. It's quite suitable for couples 💕 They even help take photos before you go on the Ferris wheel, and when you come down, you can choose to have the photos framed and made into souvenir cards. We bought some in the end, although it's a standard tourist attraction souvenir photo routine, the finished product was actually quite nice hahaha 📸(˶ˊᵕˋ˵) However, there was one thing that really left me speechless 🙂 I completely understand that lighters can't be brought on board during security checks, and it's fine to leave them there temporarily according to regulations. But when I came down, I found that a security guard had taken my lighter! Luckily, I noticed and got it back in the end 🔥😅 The item itself wasn't expensive, but the feeling was really strange. I hope the staff can be more regulated in this regard and not take away tourists' personal belongings without permission. Putting this little incident aside, the Ferris wheel experience itself is quite good. The scenery is beautiful, great for taking photos, and the surrounding environment is also very comfortable 🌊🎡 If it's your first time in Shenzhen or a date for a couple, you can arrange to ride it once. The weather is really great, I recommend coming during the day or in the evening. It's quite nice to see the city and the sea at the same time~ (๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧
