The owner was incredibly kind and helpful. The room had a unique charm. They even provided us with a map for exploring Zhangjiajie. On the first night, our room by the street was a bit noisy, but they graciously moved us to a different room the next day. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

The hotel is very close to the Forest Park, making transportation super convenient. There are also many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The staff's service attitude is excellent; they're always ready to help with anything. The hygiene is also great, with no unpleasant odors. It's a fantastic place to stay for tourists.

I specifically chose this guesthouse known for its Xiangxi folk customs, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The overall architecture and decor beautifully incorporate local Miao and Tujia ethnic features, and the stilt house style creates a wonderful atmosphere. The room was neat and clean, with complete facilities. The owner was warm and hospitable, even sharing little stories about local customs and offering helpful directions for getting around. Away from the hustle and bustle, it's quiet and pleasant, truly allowing you to experience the unique charm of Xiangxi. Highly recommended!

Extremely satisfied! The two hosts were incredibly welcoming. When we checked in, they provided a hand-drawn map detailing routes and attractions in the forest park, and even recommended ticketing options. There are plenty of dining choices nearby, and it's about a 10-minute taxi ride to the East Gate of the scenic area, which is super convenient. The room itself was also great.
