I paid over 1500 for 3 nights! No greeting drink, free mini bar was a can of soda water 1 can of coke. No room service! I went to reception a couple of times for basic questions & the greeting by the younger lady was non existent it was like I was a hassle!! I did not feel welcomed at all & made me steer clear of her! The lady when I checked in was really nice & the man who checked me out was absolutely lovely, stood with me until my Uber arrived he was a gentleman & wish I could have dealt with him the whole stay & the First Lady on check in! Very very disappointed value for money was non existent!!

It was a pleasant stay. Definitely in need of more facilities, the pool was good but it would be great to get a spa or gym too. Breakfast was lacking variety for the asking price. I had to ask and mention the carpark to avoid a $104 fee! Lucky they helped me with a ticket that was only $16 for the day. The room was very tidy and we did enjoy having room snacks and beverages provided. Overall a good stay.

The hotel is in a good location. It's a little tired, but the design is beautiful. They offer a complimentary breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise.

I was worried before, but after arriving at the hotel, I was no longer worried. The front desk was also very friendly and the room was very big. It was as good as I imagined. I will definitely choose this hotel next time.

The location is excellent. The staff was wonderful. The hotel is beautiful. Only cons- The breakfast lacks of options for people w food allergies - lacks of gf and vegan options

Absolutely horrendous experience at the Adelphi. No concierge, had to drag three suitcases and bags up stairs myself. Room was disgusting—coffee stains on walls, strong smoking stench, bathroom old and rotten. Totally nothing like the ******* photos. Staff were unhelpful and rude. Sarah, who had only worked there two weeks, offered another room but refused to let us move there, then later stormed into our original room shouting, “You need to leave right now!” My niece was crying, we had to pack in a rush, and leave in the pouring rain. Paid $30 for a car park we couldn’t even use properly. Misleading photos, filthy rooms, and aggressive staff. Avoid this place. Sarah was a nightmare.

Good sized room and bathroom. Complimentary prosecco and beer. Continental breakfast included. Snacks and non alcoholic drinks in the room included. Staff were excellent, even loaning us an umbrella as Melbourne weather is unpredictable. Great location in CBD. Excellent value for money
