The owner is very kind, yes there are bugs but on a tropical island I guess it’s normal. But this is not an hotel. It’s more like an Airbnb. The house is not 96m2 and the bathtub is not on The appartment, it’s extremely expensive for Sanya because the neighborhood is not good. Actually bad, plus You have to walk 10 minutes to reach the closest road where a taxi can pick you up and you will walk in a so so area. Just want to give my honest review. It’s not a Santorini vibe at all. It’s not like you will see tonnes of white apartments. No. But the beach is 20m away. You basically sleep near the water, but if you are a woman alone it doesn’t feel safe. China is safe but I wouldn’t do it in any other country. Good for pictures but if you are used to 5 stars hotel you will be disappointed. I ordered food and got the most disgusting food I got in China however it’s more because as I said the neighborhood is bad so the restaurants around will not be hygienic.

This is a truly hidden gem of a guesthouse, highly recommended and worth returning to. The owner is very attentive, the surrounding area has all the amenities you need, the rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the sea, and the decor is very Mediterranean.

I have to rave about this guesthouse! The view is absolutely the best among all the guesthouses along the beach in Tianya Town. The rooms are exceptionally clean, the facilities are complete, and the photos turn out great. The butler service is also very attentive. Waking up to the sea is such a wonderful feeling!

1. Bugs crawling around: There was actually a bug on the bed. Terrible. 2. The strong smell of latex paint made me dizzy upon entering. I ventilated the room all night but it didn't dissipate. I suspect the formaldehyde level is too high! Bad review! This stay was absolutely terrible! We came here for the sea view, but it ended up being nothing but a disaster. The sea wasn't nice, and the beach downstairs was messy. It was a far cry from the clean and comfortable environment advertised.
