We chose this hotel because it was supposed to have a pool. Apparently, not anymore. The location is great. There was a cockroach in the bathroom.

This is our second time staying here, and the windowless room is incredibly smelly and tiny 😞. I do not recommend it!

The stay was ok, however when we arrived the pool was out of action. No pre notice that this was the case. Disappointed that they dismissed our concern that we were never notified of this. They did agree to have free laundry for us for the inconvenience.

So if you searching in the Place a Hotel, you like the sleepless night 😃 So what can I say, never book a room without Window. Normally I love this, but in this hotel it isn’t a good idea. If you have a window, you get was what you have booked..

Great location one of the few smaller boutique affordable hotels with a pool. Although the pool area is small it’s clean and adequate to cool off in the heat Breakfast was good with a mix of local and western dishes available The rooms are well appointed and very clean Staff are amazing It’s my Ho Chi Minh go to from now on

Overall, it's okay for an overnight stay. The bedding is clean. When neighbors upstairs flush the toilet, the room starts to smell like sewage, but the smell goes away after about 15 minutes. We booked another hotel that same day for half the price, but we didn't stay there due to the dirt, smell, and cockroaches in the room, so we moved to this one instead. Breakfast is average.
