The nautical epic musical "Dream of the Sea" is the first large-scale immersive musical in China that combines reality and reality. It is located in the maritime theater in the Qingdao Olympic Sailing Marine Cultural Tourism Zone - Qingdao Olympic Sailing Center. The performance lasts about 70 minutes and is based on Qingdao's maritime culture and China's maritime culture. History is the main line of the story. Through the miniatures of three voyagers, it tells the magnificent epic story of the Chinese people's continuous exploration and conquest of the ocean for thousands of years.

Show More ReviewsThe most breathtaking aspect is the immersive stage experience. A 270-degree circular giant screen envelops the entire venue, with dynamic seats rising and falling with the waves, and water mist and light effects wafting over you. When a storm hits, the giant waves seem to be right in front of you, and the phantom of a Kunpeng (a mythical bird) shuttles between the sea and sky. The blending of reality and illusion makes the audience no longer just bystanders, but members of a fleet on a long voyage, truly experiencing the hardships of sailing and the heroic spirit of riding the wind and waves.
