Quite close to Hakata station, but there is an 8-minute walk on quite narrow roads. Definitely on the less popular side of Hakata Station and also right next to the railway. Consider avoiding this hotel if you are concerned about train noise at night. Facilities are good; there was a washer in the room, with all other amenities expected at this price point. Staff were hit or miss, with some definitely not at the standard of most other hotels in Japan. Overall, decent value for the money.

Great location about 5-10min walk from the main Hakata station. Very clean room with a washing and dryer machine combo. Even has a microwave in the room. Will definitely stay again if I return.

Hotel very new and clean . Staff very helpful and friendly . All amenity really good . Hotel near by JR track the sound of train wasn’t that bad . lovely breakfast .Overall really great stay!!

After looking at many hotels, I finally chose this one. It was absolutely perfect! The transportation was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. We could do laundry every day, and the two rooms we booked for our family of four were very spacious. There were also several popular (or 'Instagrammable') shops within walking distance.

It's about an 8-10 minute walk from Hakata Station. The hotel environment is nice, and the bar on the first floor offers drinks and coffee from 2 PM to 10 PM. On the way from the station to the hotel, there's a 7-Eleven, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, and Yodobashi Camera (which has a supermarket and Daiso inside). Since it's close to the train tracks, there's a bit of noise, but it didn't affect my sleep.
