We stayed at Novotel Xi’an for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is in a great location, with a pleasant environment and excellent cleanliness. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which made us feel at home.
I’d especially like to thank Ms. Hang (杭小姐) for her professional and thoughtful checkout service. She was warm, efficient, and made our departure smooth and pleasant. Highly recommended!

What an exceptional experience we had in our stay in this hotel.
We were greeted by the friendly front desk manager Stellar Hang 杭星 who check us in in a speedy manner that allow us to have a good rest after a long flight into XiAn.
I love the fact that they have a personal butler service via WeChat that we can contact for almost any question we have during our stay. With questions like where to eat to where to visit and where to shop.
Being a coffee lover , I really appreciate the Nespresso machine in the room that give us a great start for the day.
Last but not least, they provided two pillows with different hardness that allow guests to select the preferred type.

An amazing experience at Novotel. The staff are so lovely and accommodating. From the moment you walk in there is a concierge and Luca on reception was so friendly to us.

Very conveniently located near exit H of metro and near Bell Tower. Staff is very friendly and the Executive room is spacious and clean. They provide free flow of mineral water near the lift of each floor and which is great. Love our stay!

Great location just a stone throw to Bell tower and Muslim street . Subway is at hotel downstairs. Plenty of eateries around . Opposite hotel is shopping street .
Rooms look newly renovated and bed is so comfortable. They provided 2 different pillows for individual likings .
Reception service was superb and was very delighted that they go an extra mile . We booked total 4 rooms and as our flight is early morning we booked an extra day . However we found a day tour to kill time and decided to check out at 1pm . Reception insisted to call trip.com to help us cancel the extra day . Instead of making us wait for confirmation he tell us he will settle. After an hour I received a call from trip.com to confirm my cancellation. We are super impressed with their service !!

Conveniently located near the train station and mobile phones repair area. There were many shopping centres and eateries around. There were also a number of tour operators around the area in which you can sign up for day tours. The rooms are roomy and the services provided by the hotel staff are excellent. Overall, an excellent place to base oneself to explore the city.

Very convenient just next to 钟楼 station that connects to major attractions and many shops, eatery and shopping mall nearby. Hotel stay was great with good size room and well cleaned by staff everyday.
