The room was okay, but having to leave the hostel from 11 AM to 3 PM is really inconvenient. They were also quite rude with every request I made. I wasn't even allowed to leave my luggage at reception for an hour BEFORE checkout time.

Surprisingly great stay. The capsule was more comfortable than I expected. The shower area was great. Loved it! Perfect if you need a place just for one night

The location of hotel is great, in center of Shinjuku, so easily to go everywhere you want. Also from Narita airport you can just buy ticket on Narita Express and go straight from airport to Shinjuku in comfortable train (I was alone in train). Capsule Hotel is pretty clean for amount of people's flow. Stuff can speak in English / Japanese. For the price it's a good option, if you have limited budget or just if you need quick stay overnight in Tokyo. They have lounge zone and SPA / Sauna, which is great. Overall I think its 9/10 for this price + location

It was very dirty and I booked a non-smoking room but the room still smelled of cigarettes. The locker was not big enough to fit my small suitcase and my backpack which was inconvenient. It is worth it to just pay more for a bit nicer capsule hotel.

Nice location very convenient but you have to check out everyday and cannot store you bags when you check out on the last day

This accommodation exceeded my expectations. There's a decent-sized vanity area, and they provide a fresh set of pajamas and towels daily. Luggage is stored on the same floor as your capsule, which is very convenient. I was lucky enough to get a bottom bunk with no one above me, and it wasn't peak season so it wasn't full. However, if someone accidentally bumps the capsule, you'll definitely hear it. If you're an early sleeper, be aware that people will be coming and going at night. What's unique is that you check in on the 3rd floor, then take off your shoes and put them in a shoe locker. You then exchange the shoe locker key for your capsule locker key. You have to do this every time you enter and exit. I'd recommend noting down your capsule locker number in case you need it. Also, be aware that the pillow is very thin, and light can seep in through the gaps when the curtain is pulled. If you're sensitive to light, I'd suggest bringing an eye mask.

Second night in, and my overall impression stays positive. The location is still the highlight, and the price-to-quality ratio is fair.

Very clean and tidy. Unfortunately, you have to check out and check in every day, even if you're staying for multiple days.

This hotel really impressed me for the price! I was surprised because the front walk seemed like a lively area for eating, drinking, and entertainment, but once you step inside, the hotel is a completely different world – very relaxing and friendly.
