Zhangjiajie Niujiabu Modern Inn (Tianmenshan National Forest Park)

Overall, the stay was good. It was quite far from tianmen shan. We took a didi which was 10-15 minutes. The room was spacious. But just the bed. Too hard for us to sleep.

Overall, the hotel experience was very good and the staff was very kind to us. The room was very clean and the hotel was easily reachable by car.

I was welcomed with such a warm smile and genuine kindness from the hosts that I immediately felt at home. As soon as I stepped into the apartment and saw the beautiful view overlooking Tianmen Mountain, all the exhaustion and discomfort from the journey simply disappeared. Zhangjiajie National Park can be a little complicated to navigate, but thankfully, the host took the time to sit down with me and help organize my itinerary. He explained everything step by step and showed me how to make the most of my short stay in Zhangjiajie. He also helped me find the best tours and even arranged a private taxi that took me to Furong Ancient Town, which was a wonderful experience. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The sheets and towels were exceptionally clean and fresh, and the air conditioning was very comfortable and worked perfectly. I also loved the automatic windows, which close easily and have sun-blocking shades, making the space even more comfortable and relaxing. Some hotels stand out because of their luxurious amenities, but what truly made this place special for me was the warmth and kindness of the hosts. They made me feel safe, cared for, and genuinely welcomed almost as if I were staying in my own home. I’m incredibly grateful for their hospitality and would happily stay here again.

To start with, the room was amazing. Everything was very clean and spacious, and the view on the mountains was wonderful. But mostly I would like to thank the staff for their services. I got sick during my stay at this hotel. When we told the staff about this, they were really helpful. They came along to the hospital, translated everything and guided us throughout the process. Hereby I would like to thank them again because it would be much harder without their help. I would definitely recommend this hotel! 😃

Room is spacious enough to put 2 big luggages, the view oversees the Tianmen Mountain which is literally behind the hotel. Location is right behind the hospital and next to a police station + next to the central bus station (which you need to ride to get to the Avatar Mountains and Grand Canyon. Very heartwarming couple who oversees the hotel. They provide us with everything we needed. Also booked the tickets for us for the Grand Canyon, Tianmen Mountain and Forest Park. They gave clear instructions too! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. They provide unli free water, Tujia tea and they also have a microwave you can borrow.
