JW Marriott Hotel Zhengzhou

This was my first time staying at this Marriott hotel. Driving up to the building at night, I immediately appreciated its charm and understood the unique significance of this landmark. The room was spacious and very comfortable with a stunning night view, and I enjoyed a morning stroll by the lake. The JW service system is top-notch, with exceptionally friendly staff providing a wonderful overall experience. A special shout-out to Maggie, Louise, and Lucky at the front desk for being so approachable and warm. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm back!

Maggie's service was consistently polite and patient, and she actively and properly resolved my issues. Overall, the room conditions were great. You could really tell that the front desk values guests' experiences—they proactively offered an upgrade and stepped in immediately when a problem arose. My overall stay was delightful. I’ll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Zhengzhou. Highly recommended!

I chose this hotel for the Zhengzhou Marathon. Located right in downtown Zhengzhou by Ruyi Lake, it's very close to both the start and finish lines. The hotel is fantastic—great service, comfortable beds, and they even provided a complimentary marathon breakfast with a wide variety of options. The entire building is a famous Zhengzhou landmark, the 'Corn Tower.' From the room, you get a distant view of half the city—truly a magnificent scenery! Going for a run or a stroll by Ruyi Lake downstairs in the morning or evening is both relaxing and wonderful. A thoroughly great stay experience.

Located inside Zhengzhou's iconic "Corn Tower", this five-star hotel is quite good overall. We booked an executive room and the view was lovely, with a distant sight of the Zhongyuan Tower. The service attitude and quality of the staff were also very good, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. The hotel restaurant offered a quite rich variety of food with distinct local characteristics. The executive lounge is open until 11:30 PM; it's a wonderful spot to relax, enjoy a drink or a cocktail, and take in the scenery.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I booked a two-night stay this time. The breakfast, concierge, front desk, and housekeeping were all exceptional. For a hotel located in one of Zhengzhou's trending influencer districts, it is truly commendable that they haven't let internet hype compromise their core quality. One small suggestion: many hotels now process deposit refunds almost simultaneously with check-out. I hope the hotel can keep up with the times to further enhance the guest experience.
