Directly facing the turquoise sea that surrounds the island, Aqua Sunset hotel was the best choice for my stay in Gulhi. So beautiful to have breakfast in the morning in front of this magnificent view!! And the staff was really nice and helpful. I really had a lovely stay

I totally love this place, it is excellent value for money, clean and cozy and the location is fantastic. Food is really tasty, they provide you with beach towels and snorkeling gear, and can organize trips for you at request. The owner Armin is a great guy and the rest of the staff is also simply amazing.

Small, simple hotel with a family atmosphere, friendly staff, spacious rooms (unfortunately some without a balcony). Breakfast (or, with half and full board, all meals) outside, continental buffet (this could be improved a bit) if there are enough guests to make a buffet worthwhile. If not, you can choose between Continental and Traditional Maldivian Breakfast - which I found to be the better choice. Yummy! Very good value for money.

The worst place I've ever stayed in. Deceived by the excellent reviews read on booking we found ourselves in an old, poorly maintained and dirty place. The cherry on the cake was a tiny bathroom with a small sink and no shower tray, so we showered directly on the toilet. Really indecent.
