Location is very good. To be fair, the river view is nice, the room is spacious. The reason why I rated low is for the facilities and services. I feel is a bit far from 4-star standard as advertised… and in the website it indicates “some non-smoking room” so I chose that options, at the end it’s very smoky cause the neighbours are smoking. When we called the front desk, they told me all rooms allow smoking, again it’s different from what they advertised…. The front desk service also not so-so, they will only answer questions when u ask, never introduce the wifi and all the services…

The location is excellent, right downstairs from Jiefangbei, making transportation very convenient. Because it's on a high floor, it's not noisy and the air quality is good. The only downside is that the room is really small, with barely any counter space to put things. The service from the host was adequate, and cost control seemed good. The staff were polite, but don't expect a 'home away from home' feeling. Due to a step inside the room, it's probably more suitable for younger guests.

The hotel's location is truly excellent, right by Jiefangbei, and you can even see it from your room. All rooms are located on the 43rd floor or higher and feature a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. The elevator issue that some reviews mention isn't really that bad; you just might have to wait a little longer. The biggest problem with this hotel, however, is the hot water. I stayed for two days, and every day after 10 PM, when I returned to my room, the shower water was only lukewarm. The front desk explained it was due to peak usage, causing a shortage of hot water, which honestly just made me laugh with frustration. It's really absurd for a hotel to not have enough hot water. I rarely leave reviews, but not having hot water for a shower in the dead of winter is genuinely infuriating. I originally wanted to give it one star, but the hotel staff's service attitude was good, and this isn't really an issue they can fix, so I decided against it.

The best value for money of my life. This hotel is located inside a building in an extremely well-located area of Chongqing, making it very easy to get to tourist attractions — many of them we even visited on foot — and there are plenty of great places to eat nearby. The view from our room was surreal. A 180° view and an absolutely stunning night skyline with illuminated buildings. It felt like being inside a movie. The room was incredibly comfortable: amazing shower, smart toilet, automated curtains and lighting, in-room sound system, and a huge projector. Everything was very clean, and the staff were extremely polite and attentive. We even received a gift at the end of our stay. There was also a buffet with snacks available every morning. I highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.
