Sofitel Zhengzhou International Hotel

The room was very clean, and the bedding was super comfortable. I arrived quite late, but the front desk staff helped upgrade my room. They were also very proactive in helping resolve any issues. Although online reviews mentioned it's an older hotel, it's very well-maintained. The French-style decor still feels very high-end and not at all outdated. The lobby's dome is beautiful, and I could see it while dining, which put me in a great mood. I was very satisfied with my stay and had a good time.

This is a well-established hotel with an impressive exterior and luxurious interior. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the shower water is comfortable. Having both a king-size bed and a sofa bed was perfect for our child to sleep alone. The two-bathroom layout was also excellent. Ordering food at night was convenient, with a robot delivering it right to our door.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a deluxe suite. The facilities inside were very elegant and nice. The room had a BOSS speaker that could be connected and used, and the sound quality was superb. The lobby was very grand, with a touch of French flair, featuring a French dome and a French floral wall as a backdrop. The staff were all very professional and enthusiastic. The sunken breakfast area had a great ambiance. The breakfast itself was also very rich and varied. The parking lot was large and parking was very convenient.

This was my first time in Zhengzhou, and I stayed at the Sofitel. The front desk upgraded my room, which was incredibly spacious! They also provided a complimentary fruit platter, which was a very thoughtful touch. The breakfast was also very diverse, and the staff were proactive and polite. I look forward to staying here again!

This hotel is excellent! The staff are very welcoming. I'll definitely be staying here frequently in the future. The French greetings and beautiful French floral arrangements really add to the charming French ambiance.

Extremely satisfied! The dome (Fa Shi Qiong Ding) was magnificent and full of French charm. We had a great stay, and our kids really enjoyed the summer workshop where they made perler bead crafts. We'll definitely be back. Many thanks to the front desk for their warm service.
