The entire hotel has a ‘old money’ posh interior which we love! Welcome drinks were offered to every check in guest and free fruits and chocolate in the room. Even the minibar is well stocked and free to take. It’s replenish everyday as well. I book the river room view and it’s the best decision ever! My toddler requested us to open the curtain every night when we return back to hotel and stayed by the windows watching the small tour cruises and boats go by.. we were also super lucky as we checked in on 2nd July and there’s a 15 mins fireworks to celebrate the city 50th. Service wise it’s perfect with families with young toddlers. You can always order grab delivery and get the service staff to send up! One day my son even had a wet shoe and they are able to just dry and sent it up my room super grateful to the team. There’s a Michelin chinese restaurant on the 4th level and the food is good! The only cons is they require a 6 million VND deposit by card (not contactless card) or cash. So remember to prepare this. All in all this will be the hotel I’m booking moving forward coming to HCM

★ This was a wonderful hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay! The room was clean, and the facilities were excellent, so I didn't experience any inconvenience during my stay. The staff were also kind and their service was impressively attentive. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. If I ever visit this area again, I would definitely like to stay here. Thank you very much!

Service: The welcome drink was absolutely delicious! It had a refreshing bamboo leaf fragrance! I really have to commend the service! I've stayed in so many five-star hotels, but this one truly felt like a five-star experience! Every single staff member was so nice!! Cleanliness: The entire hotel was very clean, and housekeeping was incredibly fast every day. There was no musty smell or any uncleanliness, making it feel very safe and reassuring. Facilities: The coffee shop was just a right turn out the door, and the luxury shopping street was also right outside. The only thing to watch out for!!!! Is the taxi from the airport!!!
