This is a great hotel for the area, with elegant interiors. Sitting by the river, the views are expansive. The service was warm and friendly, and they even upgraded our room. Breakfast was also very generous. We would definitely stay here again.

The environment and facilities are excellent. However, the self-service laundry room is a bit of a letdown. For such a large hotel, having only three washing machines means worrying every day about not getting one or having to wait in line for a long time.

The table wasn't even wiped, it's so dirty.

The worst Wyndham I've ever stayed at, it felt like a fake. It wasn't even as good as the Ji Hotel. The lobby was pitch black, the room smelled strongly of formaldehyde, and I woke up with a terrible sore throat. The bathroom and other amenities were also very poor.

I booked this hotel during the Chinese New Year holiday, and to be honest, it was better than I expected. The hotel was new, had no unpleasant smells, and the stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was also good, and I would recommend it! After checking into the hotel, we went to the nearby ancient town and had grilled fish, which we were quite satisfied with. 👍

The room was so-so, but the service was truly indescribable. I consider myself a seasoned traveler, having stayed in countless hotels and working in the service industry myself, so I'm used to things being relatively relaxed. But this hotel has truly shattered my expectations. After I checked out, they called me to say two towels were missing, asking if I hadn't put them away properly! Those towels have been used by so many people; what kind of crazy guest would take your hotel towels home? Did you not put them away properly during cleaning? And there was no bottled water either; I had to call the front desk to get it delivered. How can you be so sure that I took them and not that your staff didn't put them away? They even called me twice to ask about it, speaking to me like I was a thief. No wonder your hotel has so few individual guests, mostly tour groups! I'm giving this bad review not for any other reason than to warn others before booking this hotel in the future!

Facilities: The facilities are excellent, befitting a chain hotel; the public facilities are also very comprehensive. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy, with excellent hygiene, making for a very comfortable stay. Environment: The environment is very good; it's almost certainly one of the best hotels in the area. Very nice. Service: The service is excellent and professional.

The location is excellent, the hotel is clean, the rooms are tastefully decorated, and the overall service is great. It's very comfortable to have a five-star hotel like this in Libo.
