A hotel perfectly rated for what you pay for. Stellar location, professional and helpful staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, there’s not much to criticise about this hotel. All in all a very solid, comfortable and chic choice.
The only small thing that could elevate a hotel of this level is to include a small dental kit in the room like its competitors in the same target market. Maybe they do already provide it, I do not know, but as it stands my room did not provide a small dental kit. It’s honestly a minor thing as most travellers would bring their own but it would be nice to have one present as a backup option.
And as for breakfast, it wasn’t a continental buffet, instead just a single à la carte item and a drink off the menu. While it does sound disappointing, after asking around this seems to be the standard of many Australian hotels. Can’t complain much there then.
Other than those two minor points, it was a great experience and would consider staying here again.
