The airport bus drops you off directly at the hotel entrance. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to and from Shinjuku, and there's a subway station just a few minutes' walk away. The drinks in the fridge are complimentary, and they provide four bottles of water daily. The toothbrushes provided are soft and high quality. Breakfast was a nice bonus! 👍 I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Tokyo.

Overall, quite satisfied. It's an older luxury hotel with direct bus services to various airports right from the premises. The lobby is spacious, though the facilities are a bit dated. The location is fairly convenient too; getting around Tokyo by taxi isn't expensive these days, even cheaper than in Korea. A taxi to Shinjuku only cost me about 40 RMB. The views are excellent!

The cleaning staff took my pajamas and then denied it. The next day, the hotel told Trip.com that the pajamas were stuck under the bed frame. What a joke! Even if that excuse were true, it was still their cleaning staff who caused it, dirtying and losing my clothes for an entire night. Not a single person at the hotel apologized. This is the first time I've ever experienced something like this. What a terrible hotel!

The location in Shinjuku is very convenient. The room is large and new. The hotel also offers airport shuttle buses to Narita and Haneda.

The hotel is quite old. There was a long queue for check-in because of the large number of guests. The bed was uncomfortable, and the duvet made a crinkly noise. The bathroom was tiny with no space for toiletries. Overall, it wasn't good value for money.
