The hotel is beautiful and the views are fantastic. We booked a room facing the river. Every morning, opening the curtains just brightens my day. The location is also very convenient, with many restaurants nearby, making dining very easy.

Brave Ma was warm and professional. The hotel environment was quiet, leading to excellent sleep quality. The view outside the window was especially beautiful! We're grateful to Brave Ma for upgrading our room, and the hotel breakfast was also very generous!

The room was spacious and bright, with lovely morning sun that really boosted my mood. The hotel facilities are excellent, the toiletries were all clean, and the room cleaning was very thorough. The EV charging stations are a major highlight – there were about 10 'Didi' chargers, always with available spots and they charged quickly, which is perfect for electric car owners. The only downside was the lack of heating in the room. The temperature difference between day and night in Yinchuan is quite significant, so it got pretty cold at night.

The environment is quiet and peaceful, and the room was meticulously cleaned. It has great natural light and a wonderful view, offering sights of Helan Mountain and the lake. Doris, one of the staff members, was very friendly. The toiletries provided were comprehensive, and the bed was just the right firmness. Staying here was incredibly relaxing during my trip. I'll definitely come back next time!

The experience at E-Yanchi Yinhai Hotel was fantastic. The room was clean and spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a beautiful view of Yuehai Lake. The fitness facilities were well-equipped. Owen provided excellent service, and the hotel's location is superb, making travel very convenient. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, highly recommended.

Zhuang Zhuang Ge (Brother Zhuang Zhuang) is handsome and kind, providing thoughtful and meticulous service. Check-in was efficient and smooth. Any requests were handled quickly with a gentle and patient attitude, making the whole experience great. The environment was quiet and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful stay. It was a very satisfying experience. For hotel bookings, look for Zhuang Zhuang Ge, he's amazing!
