酒店就在銀座，交通還是很便利的。
網上看到羽田機場坐特快25分鐘到酒店門口特意定的。
實際特快似乎沒有這一站，又做了三站地鐵出來走了十分鐘才到酒店。
所以如果有購物需求，住這裏很方便。如果為了買穀子或者旅行，可以考慮其他酒店。

Couldn’t ask for any better location and service.
Staff is very nice and very well communicate.
Breakfast is good and room service is heaven-like.
We can find everything we need around hotel especially during weekend Ginza road closing enhance the shopping experience

銀座線地鐵A11口在酒店門口，太方便了。

各方面都非常好哈，住在這裏實在是太方便了，門口就是地鐵站，附近全是銀座各大商場，東西買多了回來一放就能繼續戰鬥。
去成田機場也方便，門口最近的地鐵入口是電梯！而且過去也都是坡道，全程無需換乘/原地換乘，我一個人推兩個28寸的箱子到機場也毫無壓力👍🏻
寫這條是想感謝前台帥哥的幫助，找他問路不僅給我指引得非常詳細，還主動給我畫了地圖，非常順利地買到了東西┗（＾0＾）┓謝謝哇

房間設施、居住環境基本滿意。
但是由於收到了酒店的陰陽提示單，導致住店體驗不佳，甚至影響到了我的出遊心情。
因為我不喜歡工作人員碰私人物品，因此每天出門時都會掛上“請勿打擾”的牌子，本來想着還能給工作人員減少點工作量，沒想到因此收到了陰陽提示單。
如果衹是機翻導致的中文版語序混亂，我不會如此生氣。
如圖所見，一眼可以看出中文版本很精準的減少了“如果你需要毛巾牙刷等東西....請隨時聯繫”這句話。此外，日文英文版的落款都是前台，中文版是總經理。過於意味不明瞭吧。。。

超預期了！
坦率地説，因為我下單晚，所以價格是貴的，但性價比極高極高！
地理位置太優越了，就在銀座，走三分鐘就是銀座三越、ginzasix，旁邊都是餐廳便利店美粧店，另外，出門三十秒步行就是地鐵站，方便去任何地方，去淺草、去澀谷、特別是到任意兩個機場都太方便了，一條線直達，在交通上節約了我們太多時間。
早餐很精緻，有六種套餐可選：鰻魚飯、壽喜鍋、蛋包飯、法式吐司、法式煎蛋、英式早餐，每一種都很美味，另外還有自助基本款，對於純玩的遊客，這裏的早餐吃好了能頂一天，一點兒不誇張。
服務非常好，我把床單弄臟了，前台及時安排人更換也不罰款，兒子把窗簾都給拽掉了，前台小哥哥還特別温柔的安慰他。
房間設施齊全，pola的護膚用品都很好用…… 房間不大，但容得下我們把行李箱一直敞開鋪在地上，在寸土寸金的東京銀座，這個房間面積可以的。
住在酒店的遊客國人佔了五分之二，其他歪果仁佔了五分之三。
圖二、圖三是早餐款式，圖四是窗外夜景！
要求性價比，這家酒店必須首選！
以後來東京衹住着一家！
