Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay Resort and Spa

The Grand Hyatt Sanya Haitang Bay has great service. Even though we checked in a bit late, they still allowed us a late checkout, which was much appreciated. Overall, we were very satisfied. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the beach, which is very convenient. The food was excellent. The poolside breakfast was particularly exquisite. Having stayed at Atlantis and Shangri-La on this trip, I can confidently say the Grand Hyatt's food was the best. It really gives you that vacation feel, and I would definitely choose to stay here again. Additionally, our butler, Fiona, provided exceptional service, always accommodating our requests. The complimentary travel photoshoot offered by the hotel was a nice touch; the hotel's coconut grove and beach were perfect for it, and the photo service experience was great.

This is my third stay at the Grand Hyatt, and every time the staff has been wonderful. This visit, Dora went above and beyond for my birthday, arranging room decorations and a cake in advance. She was incredibly enthusiastic, asking about my plans and itinerary! I also got to enjoy the duty-free shop discounts! I'm already looking forward to my next stay at the Grand Hyatt, hopefully for a few more days! Oh, and the breakfast is fantastic too, with so many options.

Despite our late check-in, the hotel promptly provided alternative pillow types, which was a thoughtful touch. Diana was attentive to our needs every day. Even though the hotel was busy with high occupancy during our stay, everyone worked hard to maintain consistent service quality. Diana was also very meticulous, proactively asking if we needed anything replenished and fulfilling our requests promptly. What moved us even more was that the hotel granted us a late check-out, allowing us ample time to rest and get organized. The weather was lovely these past few days, and the beach scenery was stunning. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious; we tried the highly-praised Zaopo vinegar and it lived up to its reputation. If we visit Hainan again, we will definitely choose to stay at the Grand Hyatt. This experience was truly excellent, and our whole family was very satisfied with our pool room. The kids spent every day happily playing in the pool. Special thanks to Diana for arranging the fruit and fruit platter from the hotel, which truly enhanced the vacation vibe and made for great photos. The staff during the complimentary photo session were also very professional; there was no pressure to select photos or purchase packages. Overall, this experience brought a perfect end to our Sanya trip.

After reading several reviews, I decided to go with the Grand Hyatt, and I definitely made the right choice – the experience was fantastic. The rooms are comfortable, the public areas are beautiful, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, which is a lovely stroll in itself. Our butler, Fiona, was incredibly proactive and attentive throughout our stay, arranging everything with high efficiency, which made us feel so well taken care of. Plus, the hotel's ground floor has direct access to a food street, making dining super convenient. Highly recommend overall!

The hotel room had a great view. Our butler, Dora, provided excellent service, and the room itself was very spacious. Each room came with a large bathtub and a separate shower. You could even enjoy the scenery while soaking in the tub. Downstairs, there's a shopping area, making it super convenient for meals with options like Coconut Chicken and Zao Po Cu (a local vinegar hotpot). The hotel's coconut grove added a very pleasant touch.
