Sofitel Sanya Leeman Resort

We stayed at the Sofitel Sanya Leeman Resort for the first two nights of our trip, and the experience was fantastic! The public areas are amazing—French gardens paired with a coconut-fringed swimming pool make it super photogenic for a casual stroll, creating an ultimate resort vibe. We stayed in both the Pearl Building and the Jade Building; the Jade Building offers a more open view. The rooms were impeccably clean and fresh with great attention to detail, making our stay comfortable and worry-free. What impressed us the most was the staff. Every request was promptly acknowledged, and they were proactive and responsive in resolving any issues. Although there was a small hiccup at the beginning of our check-in, the outcome was satisfactory, and we could really feel their sincere dedication to service. Highly recommended for family vacations with plenty of kids' activities. We will definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Sanya!

For this Sanya vacation, we chose the Octonauts themed family suite at the Le Méridien Sanya Yalong Bay / Sofitel Sanya Le здание (Note: keeping it natural as 'Sofitel Sanya') for a one-night stay. The bunk beds for kids were safe and sturdy, and the room even came with a small slide, so the little ones could have fun without even stepping outside. The room was spotless, equipped with a full set of children's toiletries, bathrobes, and kids' slippers—such a thoughtful attention to detail. Our butler, Della, was extremely responsive and proactively informed us of the schedules for various family activities at the hotel. The hotel offers a rich variety of recreational facilities, including a kids' pool, beach access, and indoor go-karts. The breakfast also featured options that kids love. It's a true one-stop destination for traveling with children. We had a great experience after the first night and ended up extending our stay for another night.

Checked into a full ocean view room and the view was breathtaking! The balcony overlooks the hotel's landscaped gardens and the sea. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is super comfortable, and the hotel gardens are gorgeous. The staff, especially Della, provided attentive service. We had a wonderful and comfortable stay~

The full ocean view twin room at Sofitel Leeman was a great experience. The room has fantastic natural light, and upon pushing open the balcony door, you're greeted by lush garden views and an endless ocean vista. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel's pool and beach facilities are well-equipped, and Della provided prompt and responsive service.

The hotel was very clean. A butler contacted us right after check-in. We stayed in an executive twin room for 4 days, which overlooked the road, not the sea. You could upgrade for a sea view if you wanted. On the third day, we even received complimentary fruit. The butler sent a lot of helpful check-in information. Overall, it was a lovely trip with great food and drinks.

This was a fantastic stay! Ivy, our butler, added me on WeChat beforehand and, upon learning we were celebrating a family member's birthday, thoughtfully prepared a cake and decorated the room, making it feel so special and full of ceremony. She also helped us coordinate rooms on the same floor and arranged a late check-out for us. Every single detail was taken care of with great consideration. Responses were prompt, the whole experience was completely hassle-free, and I highly recommend it!

We stayed in an Executive Luxury Room at Sofitel. The lounge offered great food and a relatively quiet atmosphere. The room was very well-maintained, and the bedding was soft and comfortable for a good night's sleep. The hotel grounds are serene, featuring lush tropical gardens at every turn. Della reached out well before our arrival to arrange a high-floor room in the Pearl Tower, which was ideal for our family traveling with a little one. Sofitel is a great choice for those seeking a quiet, high-quality vacation.

The hotel hardware is very well maintained, making for a very comfortable stay. A special shout-out to Wendy—her service was exceptional. She was warm, welcoming, and quick to respond. Whether I had a question or needed assistance, she patiently helped resolve everything with great attention to detail and reliability. Having such thoughtful service really made the trip extra special.
